2. Agreement to Terms

These terms of use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of AI SDK Directory (“Service”), operated by knmstudio sp. z o.o. By using the Service, you agree to the Terms; if you do not agree, do not use the Service.

3. Description of Service

AI SDK Directory is a curated directory for discovering and publishing AI SDK projects and related tools. The Service is provided as-is and may contain bugs or errors.

4. Service Scope and Future Plans

4.1 Current Scope

• Public directory of AI SDK projects and related tools
• Browse and search project listings
• Project owners may submit and manage their listings
• Content moderation may apply to ensure quality and compliance
• No subscription plans or paid features are currently offered

4.2 Future Plans

• No paid plans are currently available
• If paid plans are introduced, details will be provided in advance
• Any pricing and benefits will be disclosed before purchase
• You will need to accept updated terms before any charges apply
• Sponsorships or featured listings may be offered in the future
• We reserve the right to modify or discontinue future offerings

5. Payments and Billing

5.1 Basic Plan Subscription

AI SDK Directory currently has no paid plans, pricing, or recurring billing. There are no charges for browsing, discovering, or publishing project listings at this time. If paid features or sponsorships are introduced in the future, we will provide clear pricing and billing information in advance and update these Terms accordingly.

5.2 Payment Authorization

Not applicable at this time. There are currently no paid plans or recurring charges. If paid features are introduced, you will be asked to explicitly authorize any payment method before charges apply.

5.3 Price Changes

If we introduce paid plans in the future, any pricing and subsequent price changes will be communicated with reasonable advance notice (at least 14 days) via email or through the Service. Continued use of paid features after the notice period will constitute acceptance of the updated pricing.

5.4 Failed Payments and Service Discontinuation

Not applicable at this time. If paid features are introduced, we will outline the payment retry process and any related service limitations prior to charging you. You will be informed of any consequences of non-payment before any paid plan begins. This section will be updated alongside any future paid offering. Until then, all features remain free of charge.

5.5 Cancellation

Not applicable at this time. There are no subscriptions to cancel. If paid plans are introduced, you will be able to manage and cancel your plan via a customer portal, and we will communicate the effect of cancellation on access and billing before any charges apply.

5.6 Refunds

6. Acceptable Use

• Use for lawful, professional, and business purposes only.
• No pornographic, obscene, or harmful content.
• No offensive or inappropriate language.
• You are responsible for your published content.

7. Content Ownership

• You retain ownership of your content.
• You grant us a license to host and display your content as needed.
• You warrant you have rights to post your content.

8. Account Management

• You may delete your account at any time via the Service.
• Upon deletion, data and portfolio are removed per retention policies.
• If paid plans are introduced in the future, ensure you cancel any active plan before deleting your account to avoid future charges.

9. Service Availability and Changes

• We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without notice.
• We may update these Terms; material changes will be notified appropriately.
• We reserve the right to modify Service features and may introduce paid plans in the future with reasonable notice.

10. Content Monitoring and Responsibility

• We do not actively monitor all user content and are not liable for user-posted content.
• We may remove content that violates these Terms.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

• The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” and may contain bugs or errors.
• No guarantee of uninterrupted, error-free, or secure operation.
• No express or implied warranties, including merchantability or fitness.
• Maintain your own insurance for risks associated with using the Service.

12. Limitation of Liability

• We exclude liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages such as lost profits or data loss to the fullest extent permitted by law.
• Our total liability is capped at the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim event.
• Use of the Service is at your own risk.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless knmstudio sp. z o.o. and its affiliates from any claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the Service, your content, or violation of these Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Polish courts.

15. Severability

If any provision is found invalid, the remaining Terms remain in effect.
